How many kilometres is the campsite actually from Puy du Fou?
The campsite is genuinely located 5 kilometres from Puy du Fou park! At a normal speed and by car, you will be there in 4.52 minutes. On busy days (especially weekends, you will no doubt take a little longer…)
By bike: 25 mins
On foot: 1 hour
Can we come and set up in the morning at the campsite?
No, check-in is between 3pm and 7pm, with pitches and accommodation unavailable in the morning as they are occupied by the guests preceding you.
Can we eat at the campsite?
We offer breakfast formulas (£8 per person), to be booked the day before, and a snack bar (pizzas, chips, tacos) open at weekends during the low season and from Wednesday to Sunday during the high season (7pm-9pm).
Can we park next to the accommodation?
No, but we have 3 indoor car parks allowing you not to disturb your neighbours when you return late, and for everyone's security. We provide trolleys to help you bring your belongings to your accommodation.
Can you fish in the campsite's pond?
You can bring your fishing rod to try and catch our carp, roach, perch and pike in the lake. We do not rent out equipment and favour «catch and release».»
Can you swim in the campsite's pond?
No, unfortunately, as it's an unsupervised and dangerous fishing pond.
When should I pay my deposit and the balance?
A booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of your deposit. The deposit for accommodation and pitches is 30% of the total cost of your stay, plus any booking fees where applicable. The balance of your booking for accommodation or a pitch must be paid 30 days before your arrival date; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The balance may be paid by credit card or ANCV holiday vouchers. If you make a booking 30 days or less before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid.
Can we come and get settled in after closing hours?
No, apart from any unforeseen circumstances on the road.
Can you recharge your electric car?
No, not yet. It's very dangerous to connect to the terminals as there's a fire risk. But we promise, we'll invest in proper equipment next year.
Can we go to Puy du Fou on foot/by bike?
Of course! Be careful though, the road section leading to Les Epesses is dangerous and the cycle path going up to Puy du Fou from Les Epesses is tough… Allow 20 minutes by bike and 1 hour on foot.
Are there any shuttle buses leaving from the campsite?
No, there is no shuttle service in the vicinity, but we can give you the names of Ubers.
Should I bring my own toilet paper?
No, a large proportion of our sanitaryware is fitted with it.

Yes, if you're thinking of bringing your switch, jewellery, silverware or computer, we have a space to keep them safely.
